Purpose: Create long-term value for H+M from customers, markets, and relationships. All customer targets will be capital projects in the chemical plants, pipeline/midstream, and oil and gas facilities.
Work Schedule: Must have open availability any time and day of the week. Normal work period is Monday-Friday dayshift.
Essential Skills (must possess the ability to)
May include but not limited to:
- Perform client relationship activities daily, including cold calls, emails, and in-person networking
- Resume screening to find best-fit candidates
- Administrative processing of client correspondence into company database
- Attend trade shows and industry expos as necessary
- Coordinate client meetings with H+M Project Managers
- Research companies and industry trends to determine best opportunities for H+M potential projects
- Develop long-term professional relationships with clients
- Work within company policy as outlined in the H+M Employee Handbook as well as the H+M Safety Manual and OSHA Safety rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful professional sales experience
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Knowledge of software applications, such the Microsoft Office suite
- Able to multi-task and work under time pressure.
